Before your visit
Do I need a consultation before colour?
For a big change, yes. We can do a short consultation before your appointment and a strand test if needed.
How long should I allow?
A cut and finish is about an hour. Balayage can take three hours or more. Each service shows a guide time.
Should I come with washed hair?
No need. Come as you are and we will start with a wash.
Can I see the same stylist each time?
Yes. Choose them when you book and the dates show their availability.
What if I am running late?
Call us. We will do what we can in the time left, or move you to the next free slot.
